Matthew Hof
Our principal consultant and lead trainer, Matthew Hof, is a certified project manager since 2005 (PMP certification from worldwide Project Management Institute) with 30 years of project management experience, including ten years in healthcare. He has led dozens of successful implementations across industries and functional areas, including operations, clinical, IT, finance, compliance, HR, etc. His personal mission is to help hospital and clinic leaders get their project from concept to completion.
